Our Engineers

Our engineers are trained to be open and informative. All our customers, where appropriate, are assigned an engineer to whom they can have personal contact. We have found that through this personal approach our engineers can take full advantage of 'windows of opportunity' which in some cases can mean quicker results and minimum disruption for our customers. Our enginers are happy to talk you through any service process informing on what, how, and when a stage will take place.

Site Surveys (Method Statements and Risk Assessments)

We appreciate that to ensure that a project is executed professionally within boundaries preset, the basic fundamentals need to be both identified and understood by all parties. We have found that by establishing all the basics from the start, we can plan a better service and hence deliver maximum performance from the installed equipment. For total piece of mind, we can also offer method statements and risk assessments on request.

Installation & Commissioning

Powerguard offers a fully comprehensive installation and commissioning service for all our equipment whether in the UK, Europe or beyond. Our service department will ensure that any required equipment is delivered ready for installation before our engineers arrive meaning we can be depended upon to meet our schedules. As with all our services, the installation duration can be compressed in some cases as the engineer is able to work closely with the customer. Further to installing the equipment, our engineer will work through a full checklist appropriate to the system followed by session with the customer to explain the operational instructions and to clarify exactly how to make the most of the equipment.

After Sales Care And Support

All our products come with a clear and practical user manual, we appreciate we can't all be engineers! We provide comprehensive after sales care including maintenance contracts, to suit our customers needs, 'one-off' servicing including the provision of any required parts, and engineering support. Powerguard understand that we have long term commitment to ensuring that our customer's are happy with their products or services.

Warranty & Extended Maintenance Contracts

Powerguard make and supply high quality solutions which are durable and very robust. We do however actively encourage our customers to take the appropriate care of their new system and therefore provide extended maintenance contracts to keep the equipment at 'tip-top' performance post warranty period. Any extended maintenance can include all costs for an engineer and parts - with no hidden costs!
