Our revolutionary fully off-grid power systems have been designed for complete off-grid self-sufficiency, maximum efficiency, energy savings and minimal maintenance.
We’re able to provide power to any location, whether commercial or residential, from small self-contained units right through to large commercial properties and everything in between.
Our systems can be found all over the UK and across Europe, powering homes, holiday lets and caravan parks, cabins, farms, commercial properties and much more.
An off-grid power system gives you the means to connect a power supply to any property. This is crucial for remote properties that may not have the luxury of being connected to the grid, or for those that simply cannot afford the considerable fees associated with grid connection.
Our off-grid systems give you all the benefits of being connected to the grid, with all the same functions, but without the costs and unreliability that’s often associated with mains electricity.
Our systems are designed to function with little maintenance and are fully programmed and automated to offer stable and reliable power 24/7.
Due to the rising cost of living and exorbitant fuel costs, even those already connected to the grid are now opting to enjoy the security and benefits of a hybrid-grid system for their homes and businesses too.
An off-grid system is constructed of three main components:
All of the PS controllers in our systems are custom-built and act as the brains ensuring that the power is generated in the most efficient and optimal way.
This is to ensure that the system is minimising the run time of the generator, by utilising the battery bank as the main source of power.
The generator only runs for short periods to supply the batteries with power, and the PS system will learn what power requirements each site has and when to ensure the generator is only running during sociable hours.
Additional power generation sources, such as solar, wind and hydro are also available, which means the batteries can be powered by renewable energy sources allowing the generator to act only as a backup power source where necessary.
Due to the energy saving costs of our Off-Grid systems, they not only pay for themselves long term, they also pay a return on your financial investment.
Our systems include a generator, which is finely attuned to deliver optimal efficiency, a PS control system with an inverter and an industrial battery bank, and a range of other components which allow these systems to work in harmony.
We also offer renewable energy packages, which offer everything you need to take advantage of renewable energy supplies, such as solar, wind and hydro.
We also offer quotes for full installation of both off-grid and renewable energy packages.
It can be quite daunting if you’re not familiar with the elements of an off-grid system, which is why we keep things simple. We tailor each system to your needs and we’ll do all the calculations too.
All you need to do is answer some simple questions around what sort of power requirements you have, so we can build up a clear picture of the site and what power you’ll need, whilst also factoring in any future needs too.
We can then suggest the system that will be right for your power needs, so we can put together an accurate quote.
In some locations this just isn’t possible. In others, the cost simply isn’t feasible for most, with some quoted upwards of £250,000 depending on the work that would be required.
Additionally, once you’re connected to the Grid, you’ll be charged daily standing charges and price per KWh, which as we know has been rising considerably in the past few years.
Whilst the system will work perfectly to provide power without any source of renewable energy, it is a fantastic addition.
Solar in particular is a reliable source of free energy and the system is designed to maximise the solar yield, reducing your energy costs further.
We offer a full supply and install of solar panels and chargers.
Unless you’re intending to live self-sufficiently, away from mains power, we’d recommend our Hybrid-Grid System.
The space you need will all depend on the amount of power you need from the system. The bigger the requirement, the larger the component elements will be.
These can range from as small as 3 x 3 metres, up to 20 x 10 ft, depending on the power requirements and the site itself.
You can always contact us to find out more and we’ll be happy to help.
We can provide quotes for a full installation service for both the off-grid system and any renewable extras, such as solar panels.
Alternatively, you can install the system yourself, or with the help of an electrician. In this case, we offer full remote assistance free of charge to ensure the install goes to plan.
We can arrange site visits to your location to assess the project in person. In some cases we’d recommend this to ensure we have a full understanding of more complex projects.
Our experience and standing in the industry means that we are able to put together a completely bespoke system, without relying on various components from different ‘off the shelf systems’.
We have a vastly experienced programming and circuit board team in our factory, which means we’re able to put together a highly tuned system that works in harmony.
We’ve frequently asked to look into issues with off the shelf systems that simply aren’t designed to work together as one, in the same way that our systems do.
